We are looking for a skilled ManagerCustomer Succes to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

What we need

  • Manage the client relationship by championing the client’s needs at Tapzo BizDirect
  • Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client’s organization to set proper expectations.
  • Drive new product launches and relationship extensions
  • Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the client’s current business and future opportunities
  • Publish recommendations and action plans based on data
  • Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution
  • Drive timely renewals and payment recovery

 

Qualifications:

  •   B.Tech/MBA from a top-tier college.
  •   Experience of 1-3 years with Demonstrated intense customer focus, Analytical mindset, Go getter attitude.
  •   Excellent Communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Focused on delivering results with high standards and attention to detail.
  • Innovative and thinks out-of-the-box.
  • Ability to work in a challenging and changing market condition.
  • Prior experience in BFSI sector and account management profile.
